Honorary Members
From time to time, when the executive committee sees fit, they may award honorary membership to people that have gone above and beyond for the club and the sport. It is our way to honor people that had a massive impact on the club.
Jack van Blerk
Involved in underwater hockey at all levels since 1996.
He started the club in 2005, running the club until around 2013. He continue to invest in the Wineland players through coaching at various levels.
Minette Pestana
Involved in underwater hockey since 2016, specifically in our club. She served as Secretary, vice-chair and chairperson through the years until June 2022, helping the club survive 2 years of Covid.
She also served the sport at provincial level through various roles.
